Claire OConnor (United States) Claire O'Connor was born in Los Angeles, California. She was in the Departments of Performing Arts and Language Arts at UCLA and trained under a wide array of stars in various performance media. Claire is a well-known documentary narrator, an announcer, voice actor, voice-over director, founder of the first online voice talent agency in Asia, program developer and organizational advisor for a major network. For over 20 years, Claire has been involved in numerous productions in the US, Asia and Europe. Currently she is working overseas.
