Stacy Powell (United States) Stacy Lynette Powell is an American recording artist from San Diego, California. She is currently based out of Tokyo and Los Angeles. With over 15 year of experience with professional acting, she is well versed in many styles and a range of characters. Stacy is a singer by trade and currently travels Japan performing for children with a respected children's theater group as well as singing jazz and pop music in hotels and restaurants around the city. Her educational background is in English education and theater arts. She teaches seminars in formal business English and public speaking.
